HI and WELCOME to LOWDHAM YOUNG FARMERS CLUB
Lowdham Young Farmers Club is a rural youth group that caters for young (and not so young) people. Members come from a wide range of backgrounds and you don't have to be a farmer to join.
For our members, who are are aged 10-30, we aim to provide a programme of fun, interesting and exciting events. Alongside our weekly meetings, we offer the opportunity to take part in a variety of local, Area and National competitions including sports, public speaking, quizzes, theatre & dance performances and the Fun-Club Challenge. Have a look at our calendar and see what's planned for 2010-11.
Our activities also include money raising events for charity. Each year we select one and last year our members raised £1000 for Help for Heroes
For adventure and self development, we offer support to members taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and members have the opportunity to travel the world through the Discovery Programme.
